A Problem!!!

With a few books and some music by Koko Taylor in my cart ready to download, I repeatedly was unable to complete the task. I took the guided tour, and listened to "download" and "digital rights management" twice. I've spent as much time as I can afford (and more), being thwarted by the message box, "A problem has occurred in retrieving the Digital Rights Management machine identification. Contact a Microsoft product support". That's all I have to say about that.

Step by Step:
1. Open *Windows Explorer*
2. Select *Tools*
3. Select *Folder Options*
4. Select the *View* tab
5. Select *Show hidden files and folders*
6. Unselect *Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)*
7. Select *Apply* then *OK*
8. Go to *My Computer* (still in *Windows Explorer*)
9. Go to *C:\Documents and Settings\All Users*
10. Here you should now see the *DRM* folder. Change the folder name to
*DRM.old*
11. rerun *Windows Media Player Security Upgrade*
